Hi there,

Busy? I'm sure that, like almost everyone I talk with, you are extremely busy. This month's quick tips are geared toward helping you get through busy times with a smile on your face and a raise in your future!

Below you'll find a couple of short videos and a blog post with tips you can apply right away. Everything we share is grounded in science. If you put these tips into practice, you will boost mood, therefore improve your brain function, and generate more positive results.

Thanks for letting me be a part of your Wednesday! We strive to send out tips the first Wednesday of each month. Why Wednesday? Because according to data, it's our least happy day of the week. As always, I appreciate hearing how we can be most helpful. Please let me know what you want from us, and when you want it! Just hit reply, it will come straight to me. :)

P.S. We have had great success with our coaching group called Leading for Happiness. If you are interested in joining the group for the second half of 2018, please read the end of this newsletter.

The Science of Autonomy at Work

Science is clear that we need autonomy. So to boost motivation and mood at work during busy times, get (and give) autonomy.

Thanks if you choose to make progress toward mastering motivation by reading The Science of Autonomy at Work.

Would you like to boost your ability to lead happy, engaged employees in 2018?

Our Leading for Happiness coaching group has been a delightful success! Ten of us have been meeting every other week for two hours to work through lessons in our e-course Thrive from 9-5; The Science of Happiness at Work. We discuss the science of happiness and how we might apply it to reach our goals. Each person brings their own goals, but all the goals are related to boosting well-being at work.

We will soon announce a new coaching group for the second half of 2018. If you are interested in learning more and being among the first to apply to join the group, please hit reply to let me know.

Thanks for reading and considering it,
